Because website design, development, and management services involve customized work, payment and refund terms may vary depending on the scope of each project.
Agreed Before Work Begins
Any applicable deposit requirements, payment schedule, project deliverables, and refund or cancellation terms will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
Completed Work
Once custom work has begun, payments for work already completed may be non-refundable.
Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled, any refund eligibility will be determined based on the amount of work already completed and the terms agreed upon for that specific project.
If We Cannot Complete a Service
If GD Digital is unable to complete an agreed service, any applicable refund will be determined based on the circumstances of the project and work already completed.
