Project Scope & Agreement
Website projects are completed according to the scope, pricing, deliverables, payment terms, and timeline agreed upon between GD Digital and the client before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and any content, images, account access, credentials, or other materials reasonably required to complete the project.
Additional Work
Requests or services outside the originally agreed project scope may require additional fees and additional completion time.
Timelines
Project timelines may also be affected if required information, materials, approvals, or feedback are not provided by the client within a reasonable period.
Ownership
Ownership of final custom website deliverables will be transferred according to the payment and delivery terms agreed upon for the project.
Changes to These Terms
GD Digital reserves the right to update these terms when necessary.
